Drs. Mitch and Julie Paynter

Dr. Mitch and Dr. Julie’s journey in dentistry began together in 2002 when they graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon. After graduation, they served as United States Naval Dental Officers, starting with a one-year residency at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center, just a short drive from Port Washington. Their service then took them to Washington State, where they continued their Navy careers before returning home to Portland, Oregon, in 2006.

While in Portland, they built a successful dental practice and served their community for 16 years. Alongside private practice, Dr. Mitch dedicated himself to the Air Force Reserves, where he proudly served until his retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2018. In 2022, Dr. Mitch and Dr. Julie decided to sell their practice and make a new home in Wisconsin to complete raising their family.

They have three children who keep them busy and fulfilled! Their oldest son is a freshman studying Aerospace Engineering at Oklahoma State University, while their second son is a junior at Cedarburg High School. Their daughter rounds out the family as an 8th grader at Saint Francis Borgia Catholic School in Cedarburg.
